Jack is key in guiding our clients toward smart investments in the HVAC and engineering sectors. He has a strong ability to interpret market data, effectively simplifying complex information into actionable insights. This assists our clients in making better-informed decisions, supporting their growth and strategic initiatives.
Jack aids the expansion of a storage company by scouting for new locations, consulting through Heebe. His detailed market research is pivotal in pinpointing growth opportunities that align with the company's ambitions.
As a Corporate Finance Executive, Jack's deep understanding of market trends and financial strategies makes him key to Heebe. He simplifies the complexities of mergers and acquisitions for our clients, guiding them confidently through these critical business moves.
Jane is a highly experienced M&A specialist with a track record of shaping and helping to deliver high value growth and exit strategies to a range of businesses.
Jane has had a very diverse career to date spanning positions as varied as prison healthcare procurement, corporate lawyer in private practice, sell-side and buy-side lead advisory, growth and strategic advisory, start up investment fund management/mentoring, non-exec directorships and an in-house position as General Counsel of one of the UK’s fastest growing cyber companies during its series A fundraise. As a result, Jane has seen just about every kind of corporate transaction from just about every kind of perspective.
Resourceful and highly commercial, Jane is well regarded by the companies she works with for being able to define and assist in delivering timely and effective solutions to a range of strategic challenges.
Whilst Jane’s acumen is transferable across a wide range of industries and corporates, she has particular specialisms in technology companies (particularly cyber security) and in delivering corporate exit strategies and buy and build projects.
